Diabetic

There have been many studies that emphasize the importance of sleep for health. But new research suggests, children who sleep less than eight hours a day at increased risk for blood sugar or Pre-diabetes condition.

This was said by Dr. Zhijie Yu of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in Shanghai. He said the lack of sleep will affect blood sugar, excluding other factors such as age, gender, diet, physical activity, weight, and illness.

In his research, Yu and his team studied the link between sleep duration and blood sugar levels in 619 obese children and 617 non-obese children aged 3-6 years and to own no blood sugar problems.

From interviews with parents in mind differences in sleep time between obese and non obese children. Children with ideal weight average sleep eight hours or more.

Meanwhile, high blood sugar levels (135 mg/dl) was found in children who sleep less, both in obese and non obese children. For comparison, 110 mg/dl was categorized into Pre-diabetic and 126 mg/dl as diabetes.

According to Yu, as well as in adults, in children also found benefits of adequate sleep in stabilizing blood sugar levels. The results of this research published in Archives of Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine.

Sunlight and Cancer

All life on the planet and everything in nature is dependent on the sun. Without the sun, there would be no life on the planet. All life is dependent on the sun. Plants convert the sunlight into energy, and all animals need plant life or other animals in order to live. All life in nature is dependent on the sun. We as humans are part of nature. We need sunlight just like everyone else.

Sunlight is essential for your life and health. This often brings up the concern of skin cancer. People are told the sun causes skin cancer and they should wear sunblock to prevent skin cancer. This is a big fat theory of the medical symptom and disease care profession.

Skin cancer is on the rise because people are supposedly spending more time in the sun, and this is the supposed "proof" that skin cancer is caused by the sun. Did the experts happen to notice that most cancer is on the rise? Does the sun cause these cancers as well?

Obesity and Diabetes

Health is a big asset which requires proper care and nurturing. A fit and trim body gives inner and outer confidence whereas an obese physique makes you dull and pessimistic.

Obesity breeds other diseases and makes our existence uncomfortable and unpleasant. It also results in emotional suffering which is one of the most painful parts of obesity.

Obesity is not just a cosmetic problem. It's a health hazard. Someone who is grossly overweight is twice as likely to die prematurely as compared to an average-weight person. This is because obesity has been linked to several serious medical conditions such as diabetes and strokes

According to studies, over 80 percent of people with diabetes are overweight or obese. This may account for the newly invented word, diabesity, which signifies the close association between obesity and diabetes.

Caused Cancer

Cancer is the disease of the cells. It is an abnormal growth of cells, which tend to reproduce in an uncontrolled way and in some cases, spread or metastasize. A cancerous growth or tumor is also known as a malignant growth or tumor. A growth or tumor, which is non-malignant is called benign. Such tumors are not cancer.

Cancer is not a single disease. It is a group of more than hundred different and instinctive diseases. It is not contagious. Cancer can involve any tissue of the body and have many different forms in each body area. Most cancers are named for the type of cell or organ in which they start. If a cancer spreads (metastasizes), the new tumor bears the same name as the original(primary) tumor.

In medicine, common term for neoplasms, or tumors, that are malignant is known as Cancer. Like benign tumors, malignant tumors do not respond to body mechanisms that limit cell growth. Unlike benign tumors, malignant tumors consist of undifferentiated, or nonspecializing, cells that show an atypical cell structure and do not function like the normal cells from the organ from which they derive. Cancer cells, unlike normal cells, lack contact inhibition; cancer cells growing in laboratory tissue culture do not stop growing when they touch each other on a glass or other solid surface but grow in masses several layers deep.

Breast Cancer

Breast cancer occurs when cells in the breast begin to grow out of control enabling them to invade nearby tissues or spread throughout the body. Collections of these out of control tissues are called tumors.

However, not all breast tumors are considered cancerous since certain types of large cells just cannot be spread or threaten a person’s life and this kind of tumor is called benign tumor.

On the other hand, the tumors that can spread all throughout the body or invade nearby tissues are considered cancerous cells and are malignant. Cancer cells usually comes from either ducts or glands in the breast that is why it may take months or even years for a tumor to be notice in the breast. Breast tumors are screened with the use of mammograms that are rather accurate in screening tumor or cancer cells.
